Roll without baking
Lovers of coconut and chocolate very much! Delicious cheese, try it! Cook in honor of the four German goals against Argentina :)

Ingredients

  • Waffles

    3 piece

  • Cracker

    1 pack

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Jelly

    1 pack

  • Coconut shavings

    100 g

  • Milk

    10 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 cup

By the time the cooking process is slightly stretched due to the fact that it is necessary to wait until the jelly hardens. So prepare a jelly and walk for a few hours and then start actually roll :)

So... prepare jelly according to instructions on the package and leave it to harden.

Heat the milk and fill them with shredded coconut, cover and leave for 30 min.

Grind crackers in a blender.

And leave waiting in the wings :)

Doing white cream. RUB the butter with 1 Cup sugar...

... and add coconut, who all this time steamed in milk :) a Lot of good whisk. White cream ready. We can hide it in the fridge.

Now chocolate cream. Cocoa and 1 Cup sugar pour 0.5 liters of water, stir, to avoid lumps, and on fire...

... Bring to the boil.

The syrup remove from the heat and quickly RUB with the crushed cracker. Thus, chocolate is also ready.

Now are quick :) Preparing wafer sheets.

Smear them even hot chocolate to wafer sheets softened. Allow to cool.

Meanwhile, pick out frozen jelly :)

On top of the chocolate mass applied with white coconut...

... and spread jelly.

Gently roll each sheet a separate roll, wrap in plastic wrap and into the fridge an hour or two.
