Description
Simple and delicious biscuits on the fruit or vegetable juice. You can use tomato, plum, orange and other juices with a high acidity. We took cherry juice, hence the name. "Silver Line to the delight of the children"

Lemon juice

Powdered sugar

Cooking
In a bowl, combine all ingredients for the dough. Instead of vegetable oil you can use butter or margarine, then they must first melt. We used cherry juice, so the color of the dough was very original :-)
Using a teaspoon to form balls and lay them on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for about 25 minutes at 200-250 degrees. To get these cookies.
Decorate cookies with melted chocolate or lemon icing. We used a glaze for cooking which mixed powdered sugar with lemon juice. Put the frosting in a plastic bag with a cut corner and drew a spiral pattern on each cookie.
