Soup of sauerkraut own salting
If you are interested in my experiment, check it out. Cheap and cheerful! Make it a complete lunch. Recipe for sauerkraut is given below.

Ingredients

  • Sauerkraut

    600 g

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Stew

    1 can

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

Cooking

Cabbage is not washed, and together with juice pour cold water, put on to cook for 1 hour.

Prepare peretarka: heated olive oil (any vegetable, but deodorized). Finely chop the garlic and sent to the pan. They do the same with onions. When the vegetables spasseruyte, add tomato paste.

On this same pan fry the toast (I have the oat bread).

Open chicken and large pieces spread in a broth of cabbage. I stew a very high quality, one piece. It is called "Made in USSR". Just like Turkey meat (in the previous recipe).

Add the roasting spices (I have black pepper, oregano, Oh, and Bay leaf) to taste.

Served to the table. Who loves with sour cream, mayonnaise, who is, again, a matter of taste. Here's a simple and quite hearty and delicious meal I got. And I'm not tired, and my husband talked, and the cost is not great.
