Ingredients

  • Broth

    1.5 l

  • Zucchini

    150 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Millet

    1 handful

  • Dill

    1 tsp

  • Parsley

    1 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    6 piece

  • Allspice

    3 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

Put the broth on the stove, bring to a boil and put in it a handful of millet. Broth you can take any chicken, beef. Onion and potato finely chop. Put in a pan.

Zucchini and carrots RUB on a grater and place in a saucepan.

Cook the soup 15 minutes and spread the spices. The soups are very fond of dry parsley and dill. They have a different taste than fresh. Pour olive oil. Cook for 3-5 minutes and remove from heat.
