Pea soup with onions and rye bread
I represent to your attention pea soup with fried onions and crispy spiced bread with sesame seeds. Simple and tasty, just right for post. Try it ;)

Ingredients

  • Peas

    250 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Oregano

    0.5 tsp

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Rye flour

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.333 tsp

  • Garlic

    0.5 tsp

  • Sesame

    40 g

  • A mixture of spices

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

The peas soak for a couple of hours or overnight.

Boil until tender (about 40-50 minutes), 20 minutes before the end of cooking add the Bay leaf. Salt.

While cooking the soup, prepare the bread. Mix both kinds of flour, salt, pepper and baking powder.

Add both kinds of sesame seeds, dried garlic and spice mixture for fish.

Pour water, vegetable oil, add the mustard.

Knead the dough.

Roll the dough, cut into strips.

Bake at 180*C for about 15 minutes until it will turn brown.

Meantime, bake bread, chop the onion half rings and fry in vegetable oil, add chopped garlic, mix peppers and oregano, to prisolit a few minutes, then remove from heat.

Ready soup grind using a blender. Check for salt.

Soup served with onions and bread.
