Simple soup, great for lent. The recipe was trying to recover the memories of her husband about my grandmother's soup. It turned out wonderful.

Cooking
In a saucepan pour water, put salt, spices and bring to a boil.
Potatoes clean and cut it finely, throw into boiling water.
In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil Oleina.
Onion peel and cut into half rings.
Fry it until Golden brown over high heat. And send in the soup.
Salt to taste or add the mushroom bouillon cube. Cook 3 minutes and turn off the soup.
