Boil the carrots and potatoes cool, peel, RUB on a small grater. Hard boil the eggs, peel. Proteins RUB on a grater, yolks will scramble. Salmon mash with a fork into small pieces. Finely chop the green onions and dill. Peel the apples from the skin, grate on a fine grater, sprinkle with lemon.
In a transparent bowl with a lay out layers: potatoes (season with a little salt and brush with cream product), pink salmon (also oil), sprinkle with onion and dill, then the carrots, again, brush. Repeat layers of potatoes, fish and carrots, oiling each layer. At the end of lay layers of apples and proteins, also accurately them. The top of the salad well grease sour product, and garnish with yolks. Cover the salad with cling film and leave in the fridge for two to three hours.
