Dumplings with beetroot
I represent to Your attention a bright and healthy dish of buckwheat with beets and spring onion. Very delicious, try it ;)

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    150 g

  • Beets

    75 g

  • Mustard

    1.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • A mixture of spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Green onions

Cooking

Buckwheat grind immersion blender (without fanaticism, let the grains will remain)

Add grated beetroot, chopped garlic and mustard, mix well.

Add salt, pepper and spices, mix well.

Add chopped green onion, mix well.

Add the flour, mix well.

To form 6 cutlets to be breaded in breadcrumbs.

Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until it will turn brown.

Lay out on a paper towel.

Serve with any side dish (except buckwheat) or vegetables.
