With this dish we began our husband and I love eggplant. Try it, it's delicious!

Slice the eggplant rings (you can cut as you like, just so convenient to have).
Sprinkle each piece with salt. And leave for five minutes to left bitterness. Then wash the pieces and dry with a towel. Dip the eggplant in flour and fry in a pan until Golden brown.
Prepare a mixture of mayonnaise and garlic. I take garlic in the tube, but you can just put down.
Smear the eggplants with the mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put the eggplant in a hot oven. Leave there until the cheese melts
