Salmon patties
My favorite pies, probably because of my childhood. I can thank my mother for the Goodies that she fed us.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    500 g

  • Fish

    600 g

  • Carrots

    50 g

  • Pasternak

    50 g

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

    3 piece

Cooking

Fish clean, wash, put in a saucepan. Enter in a pan of parsnips, carrots, Bay leaf, black pepper 4 peas. Pour boiling water just covering the fish. Simmer for 8-10 minutes.

Onion peeled, cut into small dice. Fry in sunflower oil. Enter the 1 tbsp flour.

Enter 6 tbsp fish stock

Evaporate a little liquid.

Tear the fish into small pieces, removing bones.

Dill, carrots, parsnips (from the broth) slice.

Mix the fish, vegetables, greens, onion, and season with salt and pepper

Follow these forming pies. Roll out the dough 3 mm thick, cut into squares of 10*10. Put in the center of the square filling. Desipite the edges with a fork, follow the incision in the center.

Place the patties on the baking sheet with the Mat. Brush with the beaten egg.

Bake in preheated oven 220 degrees for 15 -20 minutes
