Chicken gizzards in Korean
I want to offer you an awesome fragrant, juicy and delicious dish of chicken ventricles in a spicy marinade.

Ingredients

  • Chicken stomachs

    0.5 kg

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Coriander

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Chicken gizzards put to boil in salted water, about 30 minutes after boiling. Carrots cut into cubes, onion half-rings. To the vegetables add salt, sugar, coriander, hot red pepper and garlic, passed through the press. Hands, thoroughly mash the vegetables. Add the vinegar, stir and leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes
