Cheese Danish casserole
In every kitchen there is something traditional and at the same time, in common with other cuisines. This casserole resembles a large hot sandwich, but more refined due to certain ingredients and very filling.

Ingredients

  • Bread

    400 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Beer

    250 ml

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Spices

  • Butter

    50 g

Slice the bread and 200 grams of cheese cubes, butter cubes, in a bowl, mix

Beat the eggs with milk, salt, pepper

Add beer

Add the egg-beer mixture into the bowl with bread and cheese, mix well. Let stand for 2-3 min.

Sort shapes (I got 2 the middle of the form). Grate 100 g of cheese on a grater. Sprinkle on top of casseroles

Send bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 15 mins (to brown)
