Buckwheat porridge with stuffed mushrooms
Buckwheat with mushrooms is a classic option. But I want to offer a version stuffed with cheese and ham with mushrooms, stew with buckwheat sour cream.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Ham

    75 g

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

For cooking we will need unground buckwheat TM "Mistral".

Remove a teaspoon of the legs of mushrooms, fry the finely chopped onion and add the crushed legs of mushrooms and pepper simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Add sour cream and simmer 2 minutes.

Add the buckwheat, pour 1.5 cups of water, stir, and season with salt and add Basil. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Grate ham and cheese, stuff the mushroom caps. Lay them in the pan to the buckwheat and simmer on low heat until all water is absorbed.
