Baked porridge
Just recently discovered lentils. Besides the fact that it is useful and rich in vitamins, it also has a rich taste that really appealed to me. A few available ingredients turn ordinary corn into a delicious hearty dish!


  • Lentils

    100 g

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sausage

    100 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil


Rinse the lentils, pour water in the ratio 1:2, boil until tender, about 10 minutes. Onions and sausage cut into small cubes
In a small amount of vegetable oil fry the onion and sausage until it will turn brown. Add finely chopped pickled cucumbers "6 acres", stir and remove from heat.
To the lentils add the fried vegetables, stir. Put in a bowl for baking.
Top sprinkle with cheese, grated on a fine grater. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes until Golden brown. Served hot.
