Appetizer
For seafood lovers and Japanese cuisine. Snack is prepared quickly, good in both hot and cold. Perfect for a romantic Christmas dinner.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Squid

    1 piece

  • Scallop

    100 g

  • Shrimp

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Green onions

  • The mixture of peppers

Cooking

Shrimp and scallop allowed to thaw at room temperature. Squid clean, cut into strips of about 5-8 mm.

Take the sauce-marinade Kikkoman Teriyaki. Fill them with seafood.

Add finely chopped garlic and ginger.

Stir and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.

Onion cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil for a few minutes.

The seafood and gently squeeze from the marinade and put in a pan, simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the honey and svezhemoloty a mixture of peppers. Stir.
