Description
Cheese roll is a delicious and easy to make holiday appetizer. The combination of cheese and rice with egg makes this dish unforgettably delicious and flavorful. This roll offers plenty of room for the flight to your imagination. Optionally, you can add in a roll of chicken or any other meat, mushrooms. Don't forget about your favorite spices and herbs. Serve the roulade, green salad, decorated with tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley and dill. All a pleasant appetite!

Ingredients for roll
200g of ham cut into large pieces.
Cook to hard-boiled eggs and chop.
The rest of the 200g ham cut into squares.
Rinse the rice TM"Mistral"-Kuban and then boil until tender. When the rice is ready drain the water.
Prepared ingredients connect, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper ( to taste). Mix well.
A slice of cheese put on 20 minutes in hot water.
Then remove the cheese and place on plastic wrap, cover with second layer of film and a still warm roll the cheese with a rolling pin into a thin layer. On the unrolled cheese lay the slices of ham.
Tightly roll up roll. Wrap in foil (like candy) and for 2 hours put it in the fridge.
