Cooks, I have come to you today with... pie but with no meat and noodles! With a sweet cake with seeds and almonds! Cake for beginners in the kitchen. To cook it - it's 10 minutes in the oven another 30 minutes and enjoying a huge cake for all of you! Help yourself to all who are NOT afraid of calories!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    280 g

  • Salt

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 pack

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    330 g

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower seeds

    400 g

  • Almonds

    150 g

  • Water

    4 Tbsp

To combine flour, 120 g sugar, baking powder, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, stir. Add the egg and 130g melted butter or margarine, knead the dough.

Filling: put on the fire a saucepan (preferably nonstick) and put in it ALL the ingredients for the filling. Namely, 200 g butter, 160 g sugar, 1 package. vanilla sugar, 4 tbsp water, honey, 400 g peeled sunflower seeds and 100g (that was me) almond leaves. Bring this whole mixture to a boil. Next time I will decrease the amount of oil up to at least 150g, replacing a few tablespoons of water.

Roll the dough on the baking sheet on the baking paper.

Spread on top of stuffing, flatten and send in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 190°C. allow to cool! And then - to cut. The girls who shared with me this recipe, smeared on top of the cooled cake apricot jam, but... this was too sweet!
