Vienna bun-pigtail
I want to share with you how to quickly and easily twist a bun... And the dough is my favorite Vienna... Maybe useful to someone... I'd be happy!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Sugar

    40 g

  • Salt

    5 g

  • Yeast

    17 g

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

Make dough as usual - by hand, in a food processor or in the bread machine.. let go, divide it into balls... each ball roll out the flagellum, length 30-35 cm, stacked in this way - one third remains to the left, two thirds on the right place in a loop...

So simply and quickly roll all the cords, put the delay, lubricates the egg (slightly beaten with milk, a little...) and sprinkled with sugar...

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, put for 10 minutes, then reduce temperature to 200 and bake for another 10-15 minutes...
