Cooking
Make dough as usual - by hand, in a food processor or in the bread machine.. let go, divide it into balls... each ball roll out the flagellum, length 30-35 cm, stacked in this way - one third remains to the left, two thirds on the right place in a loop...
Next, the left part of the flagellum extend into the loop...
Then the loop is pivoted from left to right...
And in the resulting curled loop extend the end of the flagellum, as if hiding him...
So simply and quickly roll all the cords, put the delay, lubricates the egg (slightly beaten with milk, a little...) and sprinkled with sugar...
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, put for 10 minutes, then reduce temperature to 200 and bake for another 10-15 minutes...
