This soft and fluffy cake - a very worthy alternative to oatmeal in the morning! Preparing elementary (like porridge) - just need to pour the cereal, pour the batter, put it in the oven and expect when baked. The recipe has no flour and no butter and sugar - at least! In a baking dish pour the cereal.
Prepare the dough by placing your banana, egg, milk, flax seeds, baking powder and spices in a container for immersion blender. The resulting dough is poured onto the flakes and stir so that all the flakes are coated with the test.
