Oatmeal cake with Apple and hazelnuts
This soft and fluffy cake - a very worthy alternative to oatmeal in the morning! Preparing elementary (like porridge) - just need to pour the cereal, pour the batter, put it in the oven and expect when baked. The recipe has no flour and no butter and sugar - at least! From the aroma of pie spices certainly wins! I propose to proceed immediately to a delicious and healthy Breakfast!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    2 cup

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Flax seeds

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    2 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Carnation

    2 piece

  • Hazelnuts

    0.5 cup

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

In a baking dish pour the cereal.

Prepare the dough by placing your banana, egg, milk, flax seeds, baking powder and spices in a container for immersion blender. The resulting dough is poured onto the flakes and stir so that all the flakes are coated with the test.

Grind the hazelnuts, it is convenient to do it the flat side of a large knife - work pieces of desired dimensions, and then sprinkle them to the dough.

Cut the apples into slices, puts them in a mosaic on the hazelnuts.

Before you put the pie in the preheated oven, you can mix a spoon of sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle on top of Apple slices. I found this little (terrible sweet tooth), so floated and powdered sugar when the cake was ready. I baked it like a pie: first 20 minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees, then the same at 180. The author of the recipe offered to put the cake in heated to 200 degrees oven for 40-45 minutes... the choice is yours! :)
