Bean soup with smoked brisket
Did you know that soup made with beans in Ancient Greece was considered a food for poor people, and now many peoples of the world this product is on the first place for use. And no wonder... beans - vegetable analogue of meat. Red beans — good source of fiber. It contains lots of B vitamins, especially large amounts of vitamin B6, which is responsible, in particular, for immune system, skin and the nervous system.

  • Brisket

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Crackers

    100 g

  • Greens

  • Broth

  • Salt

Cooking

Red beans Mistral soak for 4 hours. Then boil until tender.

Chop the onion. Bacon cut into cubes.

Fry the onions with the bacon.

Add to the beans. Cover with the broth. Warm up. Add the garlic, salt. Spices as desired. Before serving, sprinkle with herbs and add croutons.
