Ingredients

  • Beans

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Water

  • Greens

This soup can be cooked from canned fish in oil or own juice. Beans then, too, it is better to take without tomato.

Pour water into a saucepan and put on fire. Potatoes wash, peel and cut into cubes. After boiling the water add salt, put in a saucepan the potatoes, bring to boil, reduce the heat and cook for about 10 minutes.

Onions and carrots wash, peel. Chop the onion to small cubes, carrots straws.

Fry the onions in sunflower oil "Oleyna" until transparent, salt and add to the onions carrots. Saute about 5 minutes until soft carrots.

To open canned food with a fork to separate large pieces of fish. Put in a pan fish, beans and onions and carrots. Bring to a boil.

Put the soup spices. If you are using the fish in its own juice, you can pour a thin stream of sunflower oil (2-3 tbsp).

Boil for 2-3 minutes, cover and turn off. Leave for 20 minutes to infuse.

Serve, garnished with parsley. Bon appetite :)!
