Cream of pumpkin soup
Very gentle and healthy cream of pumpkin soup

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    800 g

  • Potatoes

    200 g

  • Leeks

    2 piece

  • Broth

    800 ml

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Put on fire a pot with broth. Dice the potatoes and pumpkin.

Slice the leek into half rings and saute 5 minutes in a pan with butter.

Add the pumpkin and potatoes, stir and leave on the fire for 3 minutes.

Add hot broth, cover and cook for about 30 minutes.

Mash in the cream and add the cream. Keep frying for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add to taste salt, pepper.
