Cooking
Products are necessary for making pastries.
Whisk the eggs with a fork.
Add softened butter and soda, slaked vinegar.

Then add condensed milk and stir until smooth.
Add flour and stir. The dough should get the consistency of thick cream.
Coat the baking pan with baking paper, spread the dough and distribute evenly over the surface. Put in preheated oven 180* for 20 minutes.
While our dough is in the oven, prepare the cream. In smetana add sugar and mix well. Leave at room temperature for complete dissolution of sugar.
Take the dough and place on a countertop with paper.
With the help of the glass, immediately, cut out circles.
The remaining trim grate into fine crumbs.
Take two circles and dip in the cream.
Join the slices together, pressing down slightly to each other.
Spread on a dish and put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
