Cheesecake French
Easy to make cakes suitable for everyday life and for holidays. Very tasty, just melts in your mouth!!! Try it, you will not regret!

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vanilla

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

Chilled margarine chop with flour. I do it with a wooden spatula - very handy! Add salt, soda, sugar (1 tbsp), vanilla (if not on hand, you can not add).

All the ingredients chopped to a state of crumbs, but not very small.

To prepare the filling. To the curd add eggs and sugar.

Cottage cheese, eggs and sugar are thoroughly mixed to obtain a homogeneous mass.

On a baking sheet (do not need to grease) evenly distribute 1/2 of dough.

And for the filling spread the remaining half of the dough even layer.

Bake in preheated to 200-250 degree oven until Golden brown. Baking time approximately 20 minutes.
