Spicy eggplant for all occasions
Don't know about you, but we have eggplant ranked first among vegetables by taste preferences. And just for dinner on a summer evening, and a festive table in winter. Taste one of the simplest, but the most favorite dishes of our family with this wonderful vegetable.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Eggplant cut into slices, add salt, give a little stand, went to the bitterness.

Washer eggplant fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Tomatoes cut into rings, like washers eggplant.

For the sauce - bell pepper, green onions and garlic through a meat grinder or blender, or just finely chop. Add honey, soy sauce and lime juice to taste, season with vegetable oil, add pepper, add salt if required, mix well.

Fried eggplant rings of tomatoes and pour the sauce, allow to soak 15 minutes.

Spread the eggplant on a dish, alternating with the tomatoes. Sprinkle them with the remaining sauce. Before serving, let stand and serve. Bon appetit!!!
