Oatmeal with spiced apples
Delicious, simple and healthy Breakfast. The idea is taken from "Slender Breakfast."

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Brown sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

  • Star anise

    1 piece

  • Carnation

    1 piece

  • Salt

Cooking

Apple peel, remove the seeds, cut into large pieces.

Place the apples in a small pan, put on fire, add 4 tablespoons of brown sugar (to taste), cloves, cinnamon, star anise, stir, pour 50 ml of hot water.

Cook until the apples soften and the liquid is evaporated. At the end of cooking you can add honey (after reducing the sugar).

Wholegrain oat flakes pour boiling milk or water, add a pinch of salt.

Cover and leave to swell flakes. Enjoy carmelitane spicy apples.
