My "Mimosa& quot; is not like the others, it has no potatoes and carrots. But there is an originality, a must try! This salad is one of my favorites)

Cooking
Boil 5 eggs to "hard-boiled".
While the eggs are cooking, start preparing the other ingredients.
Saury put in a deep bowl and mash well with a fork. The liquid which remains in the canned, do not pour. Add it to the fish. This is our salad will be juicier and better saturated.
Onions finely chop, cheese grate on a coarse grater.
Eggs cooked! Separate the yolks from the whites.
