Very easy to prepare recipe, cakes baked in the pan. The filling can be any, according to your taste. I propose the option that received the gift.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken breast

    0.5 piece

  • Mushrooms

    1 can

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Mayonnaise

  • Spices

In flour, add salt, sugar, baking powder and butter at room temperature. Mash well with a fork.

Add sour cream.

Mix well. The resulting dough is put in the cold (while you prepare the filling)

For the filling: fry onion 2-3 mins, add the chopped mushrooms, a little passeruem, add sliced breast, spices and chopped garlic (1 clove). Allow to cool, add the greens. Carrot grate, add 1 clove of garlic, passed through the press, spices. Pepper a couple of minutes to fry in the microwave, remove the film. Finely slice. Eggs grate on a grater, add the spices, 1 clove of garlic, passed through the press.

Divide the dough into balls, each ball to roll out on a surface sprinkled with flour.

Fry in a pan with 2 sides on medium heat. Make nakoly with a fork so the dough did not rise much. The cakes are prepared very quickly. I want to note that when frying the cakes shrink in size!

The first layer is slightly (!) fluff with mayonnaise. Put the mushroom stuffing with meat.

Top of the 2nd cake, coat lightly with mayonnaise and put the egg filling.
