One of the many dishes of eggplant, but sooooo tasty)))

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    8 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    200 g

  • Mayonnaise

    400 g

  • Garlic

    8 tooth

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

The my eggplant, cut in half and each half cut in for a few parts, leaving one edge intact. Sprinkle with salt and leave for 30 minutes.
