Pumpkin soup-lentil
Delicious vegetable soup. Hearty thanks to the pumpkin and potato, enriched with vegetable proteins that are easily digested by the body. The apples added a nice acidity to the dish. This soup is to diversify Your menu in a post.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

  • Lentils

    70 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Rosemary

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

  • Turmeric

    1 tsp

Cook foods for the soup.

Cut the pumpkin and potato cubes. Onions to chop.
