Cooking
All the ingredients for the dough mix, cover with a lid and leave at room temperature overnight.
Prepare a mixture of"Fitness" for mixing all the ingredients in a bowl.
Cereal lightly fry in a dry pan.
The sourdough is mixed with water and molasses.
Put all the ingredients in the bowl of a mixer or bread machine and knead the dough. You can do it manually. The dough should be soft and pliable.
Leave the dough for a couple of hours to rise.
Take out the dough with wet hands, fold it several times and put in the form, allow it to grow in two. Sprinkle the top with water and bake in the oven first for 15 minutes at 220 C and then reduce the temperature to 200C and bake for another 20-30 minutes.
