Cheesecake a La
Cheesecake is my weakness. Did different - both hot and cold. This cheesecake is one of my favorites. Is simple and turns out very tender and tasty.

Ingredients

  • Cookies

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Mascarpone

    250 g

  • Ricotta

    500 g

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Gelatin

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

Cooking

Grind cookies into crumbs.

Mix crumbs with melted butter. Detachable form vystelit baking paper. Spread "dough" into the form and thoroughly compacted, making a small rim. To remove the base in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Mix mascarpone, riccota and powdered sugar.

Pour in a Cup 3 tablespoons of cold water, pour on top of gelatin. Mix and allow to swell a little. Put in a water bath and stir until dissolved gelatin. Add a glass of a little curd, and then enter it all into the main bowl. Divide the cheese mass into two equal parts.

Grate a little dark chocolate on a fine grater and put it into one of the cheesy parts.

To get the Foundation out of the refrigerator and alternately on it to spread the cheese mass, trying not to mix. Put into the refrigerator for 4 hours (but preferably overnight).

Before serving, decorate with white and dark chocolate :)
