Easy chicken salad
Went to work and forgot all about the kitchen. This recipe from the Good food website (with my changes) from the category of fast, light and delicate salads. Of course, I'm not a fan of mayonnaise, and try not to use it, but if you make a home, then you can say that this salad is even quite useful (if in moderation)))

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cheese

    20 g

  • Mayonnaise

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Slice the mushrooms and fry in a pan, season with salt. Boil eggs and separate whites and yolks. Proteins grate on a coarse grater and mix with mushrooms, and yolks to grate. Mushrooms with protein to lay out the first layer in a salad bowl

Chicken fillet boil (salt the water) and allow to cool in the broth (I Studio in cold water because there wasn't time), slice finely across the grain and mix with egg yolks. Add mayonnaise and mix
