Cooking
Baguette (it is better to take yesterday) and cut into slices.
In a bowl put the softened butter (I butter Ekomilk TM), finely chopped parsley, passed through the press garlic, hot red pepper, Dijon mustard. Season with salt to taste. Mix well.
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater
Slices of baguette to smear the fragrant oil and put on a greased baking sheet.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 5 to 7 minutes or to melt cheese.
Croutons remove from the oven and serve broth or soup. Bon appetit!
