Goulash with pickles peasant
A delicious hearty dish of Russian cuisine. Garnish better to submit favorite cereal, but I changed the side dish with the tastes of the family. You choose to your taste!

Ingredients

  • Veal

    700 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cream

    1 cup

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Dressing

    1 pack

Cooking

In a deep frying pan or pot heat vegetable oil and honey

Lay the sliced meat cubes and skumanich from all sides

Add the onion and fry, stirring, a few minutes with the meat.

Add 2 cups of water, spices and simmer for about 40 minutes (focus on the readiness of the meat)

Add the thinly sliced pickles and put out about 5 - 10 minutes.

To prepare the sauce for filling: mix cream, flour and mustard. Stir well.

A thin stream pour the sauce into the meat, add Maggi finished dressing for the pickle. Mix everything, add salt. Saute 5 minutes.
