Cooking

step-0
The trout is cleaned from the scales, cut the abdomen, remove the entrails and gills. Fish is a good mine.
step-1
Make incisions with a sharp knife on one side of the fish.
step-2
Trout shift into a bowl, pour lemon juice and leave for about 20 minutes.
step-3
Remove the trout from the bowl. Sprinkle the fish with ground black pepper, both outside and inside. The slits in the carcass filled with horseradish (I use 2 teaspoons of horseradish). In the belly of the fish put a few sprigs of dill.
step-4
In a bowl, mix cream and remaining horseradish.
step-5
Shift the fish to the skillet, pour a mixture of horseradish and cream, sprinkled with dried rosemary, pour soy sauce.
step-6
The casserole cover with lid and put in cold oven, turn on the small fire (my stove on the switch 4 division, so I turn on the unit). Give the direction of the controller to reach the middle of the green field, then switch off the stove. Leave the skillet on the stove for about 15 minutes.
step-7
Remove the saucepan from the stove. It turns out flavorful and juicy trout. Salt the finished dish to taste. Serve fish with boiled new potatoes, cherry tomatoes, decorated with thin slices of cucumber and lemon. Bon appétit!
