The fish in cream sauce with greens
To cook a dish of any fish. The recipe is from an old TV cooking shows. Served as a cold appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    700 g

  • Dry white wine

    1 cup

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Starch

    1 tsp

  • Sorrel

    1 coup

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    0.5 coup

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Basil

    0.5 coup

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

Wash the herbs and chop, fry all in vegetable oil.

Pour a glass of wine, put on top the fish. Salt and pepper it. Add 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice or to taste (depending on how many took sorrel). Simmer over low heat until the fish is cooked.

The sauce: Cream, three egg yolks and starch to combine,

beat. Add the lemon juice.

On slow fire to bring the sauce until thick.

The finished sauce pour over the fish, bring to boil and turn off. Chill and serve cold.
