Shrimp with curry sauce in tortillas-Christmas trees
Fragrant shrimp, curry flavour in a fresh tortilla. This appetizer not only will decorate your holiday table, but will surely delight with its delicious taste and all of your guests! For the contest "Gorenje: Christmas song".

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Yogurt

    125 g

  • Lime

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Sugar

  • Salt

Mix the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder, add the olive oil. Gradually add the water. Knead soft, not sticky dough. Cover with a towel and leave the dough for 15-20 min.

Ready to roll out the dough into a thin layer. Cut the cakes in the shape of Christmas trees. You can just roll out thin tortillas.

Fry each tortilla on medium heat on a dry pan for 40-60 seconds. on each side. Ready-made cakes to cover with a towel.

Finely chop the cilantro.

Onions cut into thin half-rings.

From half a lime to squeeze the juice and remove the peel. The other half cut into thin slices.

In the yogurt add the curry. In a saucepan put the shrimp and the lime zest, pour the yogurt, heat 1-2 min.

Put cakes-Christmas trees on plates, sprinkle with red onion and drizzle with lime juice. Put shrimp, sauce, lime slices and chopped cilantro. A pancake folded in half and secure with toothpick.

On a plate with yogurt to draw half of a Christmas tree. Garnish with cilantro and cherry tomato.
