French cake with cheese, herbs and bacon
Don't be surprised that a cake baked with lard!Despite this it is insanely delicate, soft and CHEESE!!!!Plenty of cheese and herbs with cream sauce highlighted by fragrant pieces of smoked bacon. Foundation-puff pastry. It is very, very tasty!

  • Puff pastry

  • Bread crumbs

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Fat

    150 g

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Parsley

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Thaw the puff pastry.Rather than 1 layer of dough from 500-gram packets.Roll it and put in a detachable form(diameter 26 cm),thus making the edge height of about 3 see the Corners of the dough to let a bit hang down through the form. Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs.
