Cooking
In a pan pour 2 cups of water, add 1/4 Cup sugar and heat until the sugar is dissolved. Dried apricots cut into small pieces. Add the raisins and the apricots in the syrup, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to minimum and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, drain the syrup and allow to cool completely.
Magee butter, cheese, sugar (3/4 Cup.) and vanilla extract, beat to a creamy mass.
One by one add the eggs, stirring well after adding each egg.Severely beat is not necessary. Beat in eggs on medium speed.
Sift flour with baking powder. Stir half of the flour into the egg mixture. Add the dried apricots with the raisins and stir.
Then stir in the other half of the flour (it's easiest with a spatula, as the batter will be thick).
Cake pan (23 x 12 cm) samsat butter and sprinkle with flour. Put the dough in shape and bake for 1 hour at 180*C (350*F). Readiness check wooden stick, it should come out of the cupcake clean.
From this amount of ingredients can make 3 small (18 x 8 cm) cake pan and give as a gift to friends.
