Cooking
Use peas from TM Mistral, clean, quickly cooked and delicious.
Two different peas. Both rinse water to the light.
Cook separately, according to instructions, in a ratio of 1/2 in the water 40 minutes. Periodically to prevent, avoid burning. Add salt at the end of cooking.
Grind in a blender, but not to the puree, but leave some pea halves.
