I cooked porridge semolina "Mistral"

Place the sauce on heat and simmer about 15 minutes. First there will be a lot of foam, remove it is not necessary, but once the foam ceases to form and the sauce will become transparent - then he is ready
Pour in the brandy (you can substitute berry liqueur). If you are preparing a sauce for children - replace the cognac with any syrup (now they are sold in supermarkets) cherry, pomegranate, strawberry.
Add to the sauce with cinnamon, ginger and cardamom. If you are preparing for kids - the amount of spices can be reduced
Bring the sauce to a boil and remove from heat. Cool completely
On a plate or in a sundae dish, pour sauce, porridge, remove from the molds and place on top. For decoration I sprinkled cinnamon
