Granola from Martha Stewart
It is no secret that granola is the perfect balanced Breakfast or snack of cereal, various fruits and nuts. Such food charges the body with energy and is good for digestion. Of course, the most useful - raw muesli that is prepared without heat treatment. But there are also baked granola blended with honey, natural juices or oils and baked for a short time. This product is definitely more flavorful, but more nutritious and is not suitable for those who restrict the consumption of sugar.

Ingredients

  • Flakes cereal

    1 cup

  • Pistachios

    0.25 cup

  • Coconut shavings

    1 Tbsp

  • Mac

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Cranberry

    0.25 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix the flakes, poppy seeds, and coconut flakes

In small pot melt the honey and butter. I'm comfortable to do it in a microwave - put on 10 seconds, if not melt, another 10.

Salt large sea salt

And pour on a mixture of cereals. Mix well.

Distribute on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake for 5-10 minutes in a preheated 160 degree oven until Golden brown. One time can mix.

The cooled granola, add dried/dried cranberries and chopped pistachios.
