Description

Autumn cream soup
Very easy to prepare fall dish.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    700 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Carnation

    15 piece

  • Croutons

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    5 ml

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

In the onion stuck cloves, as in the photo.

Bring the milk to boil, diminish the power plate to 1/3, omitted the onion and continue to cook for 5-10 minutes.

Clean mushrooms (remove the cap tape) and grind them in a blender.

Remove the bulbs from the cloves. Add the mushrooms and onion in the milk, continuing to cook, whisk blender. Cook for approximately 5 minutes.

Pour wine and season with olive oil, ground black pepper and croutons.
