In our family, or duck stuffed with apples or potatoes... more for me with potatoes like!
Ingredients

Honey
2 Tbsp

Mustard
1 tsp

Lemon juice
2 Tbsp

Salt

Onion

Garlic

Cooking
Well, first peel the onion and garlic
Cut into half rings and fry until Golden brown
Start the sauce. Slightly heated honey...
Add mustard
Lemon juice, all mix well
RUB the sauce and salt our duck
Stuff potatoes
On top of the onion and put it into the preheated oven for 1 hour... exactly one hour closed our duck with foil and again for 1.5 hours in the oven - then remove the foil and leave for another 30 minutes.
Fragrant and delicious duck ready!
Top is add butter and cheese... but it is optional.
