Description
A simple dish from our favorite squash, very tasty, especially in spring. You can cook just for dinner, but you can decorate a festive table. Can be eaten hot and cold.

Cooking
Here all the necessary products
Zucchini wash, cut into slices, sprinkle with salt, mix and leave for a few minutes to let the juice
Fry in vegetable oil on both sides
While the zucchini are fried, grated on a fine grater garlic, squeezing mayonnaise
Mix the garlic with mayonnaise
When the zucchini becomes Golden brown, remove them and spread on a plate
One slice of zucchini, put half spoon of the mixture of mayonnaise with garlic, cover with a second circle and place on a platter garnished with lettuce
Cheese RUB on a small grater
And sprinkle them with a ready-courgettes while they're hot
