Description
Recipe for homemade bread in the form of convolution of the roll for fans of baking like a French baguette, beginners and busy Housewives. There is no need to participate in the tedious kneading and expect a long delay. After a couple hours you can serve family delicious bread of their own making.

Cooking
For the dough mix warm water, yeast, about 100 g of flour and leave the mixture for 15-20 minutes. For a large family increase the ingredients 2-3 times, otherwise it will be a little))
In large bowl sift flour. Add sugar and salt. Stir. Add the yeast mixture
Knead the dough. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough in a rectangular layer thickness of 2-3 mm. brush with olive oil.
First, fold side edges to center, then top and bottom. The resulting "envelope" again roll out into a rectangle of the original size.
Turning roll, coat with oil on the top of the workpiece and give "rest" before baking it for 25 minutes. Heat the oven to 200 degrees, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees, bake the bread until dry and toasty brown, about 25 minutes.
Ready bread cools, cover with a cloth/towel.
