Spring salad with wild garlic and radishes
Very fresh, quick and colorful salad with a spicy touch of garlic. Recipe adapted from Kalinga

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Ramsons

    1 coup

  • Radishes

    150 g

  • Cucumber

    100 g

  • Corn

    70 g

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Sour cream

    50 ml

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

Wild garlic wash, stalks cut off, leaves cut crosswise into thin strips.

Cucumbers cut into strips.

Radish cut into slices or strips, too.

Chop eggs, leaving one intact (it at the end to cut into quarters and leave for decoration).

With corn drain the fluid. Mix all products, salt, a little pepper.

Fill with mixture of cream and sour cream. Decorate with quartered eggs. Mayonnaise there are not very fit – just gives some of the winter note.
