Spring soup. Simple and fast.

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Sorrel

    1 coup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

  • Sour cream

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

Water bring to a boil, the potatoes clean, cut into slices, put in boiling water and cook until tender.

Sorrel to sort, wash, stew in a pan for 1-2 minutes.

Stewed sorrel grind in a blender, you can wipe through a sieve.

Then sorrel saute 1-2 minutes in melted butter.

Add Protosenya sorrel in water with potatoes. I add seasoning "Maggi granulated superproperty", 2 teaspoons. Cook for another 5 minutes.
