Dessert dumplings with cottage cheese
This is a perfect dish for a full Breakfast and afternoon tea, I highly recommend mothers who are not liking cheese. These dumplings, - solid benefits and protein, everything you need for growing, and not just the body! I have them today were in the afternoon.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Buckwheat

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Raisins

  • Cards

  • Sugar

  • Sour cream

  • Honey

I pre-cooked buckwheat ( unground me from Mistral) on the water, because I planned to do more small plates and dumplings. If you do dessert, it tastes better to cook buckwheat with milk.

Raisins previously soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes, dates, chopped

Mix well, at this point I added 1 tablespoon of sugar

Take portions molds (I have silicone for muffins), put our weight and put in a preheated 200C oven for 20 minutes until cooked

Over time I got the dumplings and decided to brush them with sour cream for a beautiful and delicious crust

After 5 minutes take out the finished muffins toasted
